I will contact you to arrange a brief telephone conversation at a mutually convenient time to discuss my availability and your goals for therapy before booking any sessions.

My session fee is £60 per hour. I offer a £20 discount for a block booking of four sessions for £220.
I offer online and face to face therapy sessions. Regarding online therapy sessions, I mainly use the Zoom video call platform, but I am flexible using different platforms as well. You will be emailed with a link to the meeting on the same day, shortly before the session time. Please note that I have a 24-hour cancellation policy and any sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

I have helped many people overcome a wide range of problems and disorders including addictions, anxiety and anxiety-based disorders, depression, anger management issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, guilt and shame and relationship issues.

I am bound by the Codes of Ethics and Practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), British Psychological Society (BPS), National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSH).
